Friday-Sunday, March 6–8 at The Ritz-Carlton Bacara
The Ritz-Carlton Bacara debuts its new Bacara Signature Chef Series with a three-day culinary weekend featuring Michelin-starred Chef Miguel Navarro of Es Fum at The St. Regis Mardavall Mallorca Resort.

In collaboration with Executive Chef Roberto Riveros Leyton, the weekend blends Navarro’s refined Mediterranean style with coastal California ingredients. Events include a sunset welcome reception on the ‘O’ Bar Terrace, a five-course signature dinner at Lulio, and an ocean-view Mediterranean brunch with live music.
 

🍷 Wine Tasting & Stargazing in the Vineyard

Saturday, March 14 at Kessler Haak Vineyard 7pm-10pm
Spend the evening under some of California’s darkest skies at Kessler Haak Vineyard enjoying estate wines alongside winemaker Dan Kessler, gourmet tacos from Ricky’s Famous Tacos 805, and expert-led stargazing with premium telescopes.

🍀 St. Patrick's Day

Tuesday, March 17 at San Ysidro Ranch
For those wanting to indulge their inner shamrock, the P&A Speakeasy will be serving elevated Irish whiskey-focused cocktails alongside traditional Irish stew with soda bread. 
**And for those wanting to avoid the 21 year old crowd of wishful Irish, it's worth noting the lower State Street bar crawl will begin in the afternoon on Saturday, March 14. Plan accordingly.

For some, that means one final ski weekend before winter fully fades. For others, this last week of 80 degrees in Santa Barbara has kicked off the Summer island vibes.

This year, my family is taking a 'Spring Break' with an adventure to the jungle of Belize to celebrate my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary. Curious where is worth of such a milestone? We're staying in the villas of Chaa Creek 🔗, a refined jungle lodge that blends luxury with immersive nature in a way that feels 'wildly civilized'. Don't worry, the Wi-Fi is fully civilized!
