  1. IntroductionWelcome to the Harrison Lifestyle Concierge (“Company”) website. By using our website (the "Site") and concierge services ("Services"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please review these Terms carefully.
  2. Definitions and Interpretations
  • Company: Harrison Lifestyle Concierge LLC, registered at 1221 State Street Suite 12-90155, Santa Barbara, CA 93101.
  • Member: Individual or entity utilizing Company Services through an active membership.
  • Membership: Contractual agreement providing access to the Company's Services.
  • Services: Concierge, lifestyle, dining reservations, personal care service coordination (e.g. hair styling, facial, cosmetics, massage), performance or event ticket purchasing, event coordination, travel planning, and related services provided by the Company.
  • Principal (or Designated Principal): An individual specifically listed within the Membership Agreement who is authorized to utilize membership services on behalf of a Member, based on the selected membership tier.
  • Supplier: Third-party vendors, suppliers, or service providers sourced or coordinated by the Company.
  • Request: An inquiry or instruction submitted by a Member or Designated Principal for the provision of Services.
  1. Membership ApplicationMembership applications are subject to Company approval. The Company reserves the right to reject any application at its sole discretion. Members must be at least 18 years of age.
  2. Membership Fees, Upgrades, Cancellations, and Renewals
  • Membership fees are specified within individual Membership Agreements.
  • Upgrades may be requested by Members and will be effective upon confirmation by the Company.
  • Members may cancel their membership with a 30-day written notice. No refunds or prorations will be issued.
  • Membership renews automatically unless canceled by the Member or terminated by the Company.
  1. Supply of Services
  • The Company commits to providing Services professionally and diligently, subject to availability and Supplier cooperation.
  • Certain Services may require advance booking and may have specific limitations.
  1. Placing a Request
  • Requests must be submitted through designated channels, including phone or email.
  • The Company will make reasonable efforts to fulfill Requests but cannot guarantee the availability of all services or events.
  1. Cancellations, Refunds, and Returns
  • Cancellation policies for specific Services will vary according to Supplier terms and will be communicated at the time of booking.
  • Refunds, if applicable, are processed according to Supplier policies. The Company’s fees and Membership fees are non-refundable.
  1. Suppliers
  • The Company coordinates with Suppliers to provide Services but is not responsible for Supplier actions, omissions, or the quality of their services.
  • Members agree to comply with Supplier terms and conditions when applicable.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • The Company acts solely as an intermediary and is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from Supplier services.
  • Liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid by the Member for the specific service.
  1. Commencement and Termination
  • Membership commences upon confirmation and payment.
  • The Company may terminate membership without notice in cases of violation of these Terms or other inappropriate conduct.
  • Termination does not affect outstanding obligations or accrued rights.
  1. General
  • These Terms are governed by California law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Santa Barbara, California.
  • Amendments to these Terms will be posted on the Company's website. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of changes.
  • If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
